Our kitchen offers a combination of regional and Mediterranean specialties, as well as traditional Cipriani dishes. Food at Villa Cipriani follows the seasons, and the dishes vary according to what the local markets have to offer: radicchio from Treviso in autumn, wild herbs in spring and the white asparagus from Bassano del Grappa or the sweet green peas from Borso and the mushrooms from Montello.

Our pastry chef prepares all the desserts and homemade pasta daily.
