Our kitchen offers a combination of regional and Mediterranean specialities as well as traditional Cipriani dishes such as beef carpaccio, risotto primavera, baccalà mantecato, and rice pilaf with curry scampi.
The menu at our restaurant in Asolo follows the seasons and the dishes vary according to the availability of the ingredients on the local market. It focuses on radicchio from Treviso in the autumn and wild herbs in the spring, such as hops sprouts and nettle sprouts. Then there is white asparagus from Bassano, fresh sweet peas from Borso del Grappa, and peg or porcini mushrooms from Montello.
The pastry chef prepares fresh desserts daily, with cakes for breakfast, biscuits to go with coffee, fresh pastries, bread, ice cream, and sorbets.
A breathtaking view of the Asolo Valley and Monte Grappa makes every moment peaceful, and a relaxing atmosphere. Two restaurant rooms, the Contarini and the Veranda, and a splendid terrace overlooking the garden for the most beautiful days.
